Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week to celebrate casual and fine-dining cuisine.

On Monday, the 6th Annual Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week commences, running until Friday, May 22. More than 30 neighborhood eateries, including Bob Heilman's Beachcomber, Island Way Grill, Surfside Tap House and Pearly's Beach Eats, will offer up prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus that range from $10 to $35.

The participating spots will compete for Best in Class titles in a number of categories throughout the week. Diners will cast a vote after each meal, and their votes will be placed in a drawing for various prizes.

The 12-day culinary extravaganza's about allowing residents to experience meals they've never tried before, so get out there.
