Rum fans headed down to Tampa’s Julian B Lane Riverfront Park for the Summer of Rum Festival Saturday afternoon. Over 40 boozy rum drinks were served up and reggae outfits like Subline With Rome, Inner Circle and The Expendable were also on hand.
