More discount bites for veterans and active military this Veterans Day.

Tampa Bay Metro Diner locations are offering 50% off your tab on Monday, November 11 when you show a valid military ID. That means half-off breakfast, lunch and dinner; the menu ranges from dishes like fried chicken and waffles topped with strawberry butter to Charleston shrimp and grits.

Florida-based Metro Diner has two locations in Tampa Bay, one in St. Petersburg at 5250 4th St. N., and another in South Tampa stationed at 4011 W. Kennedy Blvd. next to La Seguna's second outpost. Hours for both locations on Veterans Day are 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. with dinner service happening from 5 p.m-9 p.m.
