Give & Grub, A Coffee Guy, Le’Anns Cheesecakes ‘N More, The Bacon Boss, Yogurtology, Churro Express, Rosie’s Ice Shack and Sunshine’s Cafe are the Bay area purveyors set to be on site, while Celebration’s Shefu and the Osprey-based J’Oasis Italian Granita & Shaved Ice will also offer up their fare.
At 5210 N. Florida Ave. adjacent to Red Star Rock Bar — which has a full liquor bar, live music and patio seating — the pooch-friendly food court put on by Generation Food Truck plans to rotate its mobile kitchens daily, showcasing a blend of offerings from Florida and beyond.
Cash and credit cards are accepted, and prices will vary at each vendor. The food court will operate 11 a.m. to “when the last truck shuts its window” Monday through Saturday. Check out the other trucks that will be highlighted
through Aug. 15 .
