A handful of St. Petersburg businesses along Central Avenue's 2400 Block (Community Cafe, Butler's Old Key West Bar & Grill, Shannon's Web and Planet Retro Records) will celebrate one-year anniversaries this weekend.

So, naturally, the Grand Central District bizzes are set to throw a kegger.

We're kidding. But from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday — during the 2400 Block's outdoor Grandiversary party — regionites may explore tables from more than 20 local vendors such as food purveyors Pinellas Chocolate Company and Sunshine Canning.

Commemorating its 12th anniversary, Your Neighborhood Realty will offer up an "apple pie treat." And folks will find "Beer Central" set up in front of The Cigar Loft and Community Cafe, too.

Sip and eat as you listen to tunes by 10 music-makers, including Jun, GreyMarket and Kyle Chason & The Swindlin' Hearts.

Afterward, Sly Bar, also celebrating its 1st birthday, will hold the gathering's after-party at 2061 Central Ave.
