The 20-gallon brewing operation that began at Treasure Island's R Bar has premiered to the Grand Central District area of St. Petersburg.

At 2001 First Ave. S., a soft opening for Cage Brewing, owned by R Bar's Robert Hughes, was held Saturday afternoon, bringing the city's craft brewery count to seven.

Brewer Eric Richardson's lineup showcases offerings like the Grand Central Red (American amber ale), 8-Bit Brown (English brown ale), Galaxy Cat (American pale ale) and Blue Rays (blueberry wheat).

Old-school video games, including pinball, are also featured inside the new brewery.
