In Clearwater, WeDeliverGroceries.com has partnered with Nature's Food Patch on a home grocery delivery service driven by fresh and organic food.
The Nature's Food Patch crew, which specializes in areas like vegan, gluten-free and paleo, does the shopping throughout the 23,300-square-foot store, while WeDeliverGroceries professionals deliver the haul to customers' doors.
The locally owned organizations' like-minded values and commitment to quality made the collaboration a natural fit, according to a news release.
WeDeliverGroceries orders, which will continue to be delivered from any store a customer selects, are placed online. Nature's Food Patch has handled the standard 25-percent shopping fee, but other charges, including delivery ($15.99 per order) and additional stops ($9.99 per stop), are also added to an order's total.
With services like Shipt, Instacart and Drizly spearheading the convenience aspect of grocery and alcohol delivery, the Nature's Food Patch and WeDeliverGroceries partnership is focused on tapping into the rise of health-conscious consumers.
