In September, SoFresh announced it would open three new locations throughout the greater Tampa Bay Area before 2020 wraped up. The first of the trio is a Westshore hub, stationed at 126 S. Westshore Blvd. in Town Square Center, which makes its debut today.
To celebrate the new Westshore location, for every meal sold today, the shop will donate a meal to emergency room nurses at Tampa General Hospital. It's kind of like a BOGO, except you're giving back to the frontline workers who have been working tirelessly throughout the pandemic.
The health-focused fast-casual restaurant is known for its build-your-own menu filled with customizable salads and wraps. If you're too hungry to create your own combo, SoFresh has a lineup of signature creations to choose from. Selections accommodate a majority of dietary preferences from meat-eaters to vegetarians, to vegans as well as gluten-free (for instance, the Broth Bowl is made with zucchini noodles, carrots, corn, onions, and vegetable stock; it's vegan, but if you want some meat, SoFresh recommends you add garlic-herb chicken).
The next two locations to follow suit are set to be stationed in Carrollwood and Lakeland. Speaking of growth, SoFresh isn't stopping there. According to Tampa Bay Business Journal, we can expect eight to 10 new locations in 2021 across Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Looks like 2021 is set to be the year for growth for this Florida grown franchise.
