The long-awaited Hidden Springs Ale Works, owned by Austin Good and Joshua Garman, is set to host its official launch at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18, the brewery's projected opening date. More details will be announced as the celebration gets closer.
Previously slated to open in March, the new Tampa Heights brewery at 1631 N. Franklin St. will feature a tasting room that's "industrial but inviting," as CL reported last year.
A rotating beer selection is planned alongside Hidden Springs signatures, including a milk stout and a Berliner Weisse.
"We'll have a wide variety, but we're definitely going to have some funky stuff too," Garman said.
