Noble Rice will be debuting its sake shop and gourmet Japanese market called Noble Market in Hyde Park at 226 South Boulevard in the next two weeks.
After announcing the project just last month, Instagram has been buzzing with every sneak peek the concept drops, like sandwiches made on housemade Hokkaido Milk bread, and the fact that the shelves will be stocked with ramen kits and to-go bento boxes.
Since the market won't offer up any seating, guests can grab meals to go as well as ingredients that are served up in the restaurant.
The official opening date for Noble Market is Tuesday, August 27. Until then, you can be served your favorite meals at Noble Rice.
