Behold! Tickets for America Loves Bacon — the food festival invading Tampa's Florida State Fairgrounds Saturday, April 11, that many regionites have kinda probably most likely been waiting for — are on sale. Get ready for bacon everything.

Traveling city to city during its spring tour, the family-friendly America Loves Bacon fest will feature a signature tasting menu with more than 30 dishes from its executive chef Patrick Morrow, as well as bacon-inflected fare from other food purveyors.

Murrow's creations plan to showcase local ingredients whenever possible, according to a press release, and they'll be divided into four categories: Butcher's Block, Grill It Up, Hog on a Stick and Swiney Sweets.

Alongside five sampling tickets, general admission (which costs $15 right now) grants festivalgoers access to celebrity chef appearances, cooking demonstrations, food competitions, adult beverages, live sounds from Bay area bands and more. Early entry, additional grub tickets and a T-shirt are among VIP ticket holders' perks.

The fest's other stops include Knoxville, Tennessee, and Columbia, South Carolina.
