Insomnia Cookies is bringing its warm cookies down to Tampa just in time for us all to get through any cold weather snaps the “winter” might bring.
The bakery—with locations in Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, Tallahassee, and Gainesville—is known for delivering warm cookies late night until 3 a.m. on some nights, and its Tampa locations just opened near the University of South Florida at 5114 E Fowler Ave., close to the newest PDQ and Bento Asian Kitchen.
The location offers nine classic cookie flavors including chocolate chunk and Snickerdoodle, six “deluxe” cookies like confetti and salted caramel plus cakes, ice cream, brownies, and cookie sandwiches. And yes, Insomniac delivers cold milk, too.
If you don’t live close to the USF area, don’t worry, another Insomnia location at 533 S Howard Ave. in South Tampa is coming soon.
“We are thrilled to start serving the city of Tampa with this new location. East Fowler Avenue is the perfect spot to satisfy any daytime or late-night cookie craving,” said Tom Carusona, Insomnia Cookies’ chief marketing officer in a press release.
Hours of operation are Sunday noon.-1 a.m., Monday-Wednesday 11 a.m.-1 a.m., Thursday-Friday 11 a.m.-3 a.m., and Saturday noon- 3p.m. Delivery is available Sunday 1 p.m.- 1 a.m., Monday-Wednesday noon- 1 a.m., Thursday-Friday noon-3 a.m., and Saturday 1 p.m.-3 a.m. Customers can opt for curbside pickup also.
