Joining popular concepts like Ford's Garage and the recently announced Portillo's, another restaurant brand, the Central Florida-based Jimmy Hula's, is bringing its eighth location to Brandon.
Outside the vacant digs of Estela's Mexican Restaurant at 312 E. Brandon Blvd., a coming-soon sign for Hula's reads, "On the horizon."
Known for its fish tacos and burgers, the fast-casual eatery's menu offers a number of bites inspired by surfing and travel. Hula's launched its Winter Park flagship in 2011, and the Jacksonville Hula's was the first to open outside Central Florida.
