Kenwood's Organic Produce, a zero-waste, organic produce store will be celebrated with a ribbon cutting event thrown by St. Pete’s Chamber of Commerce on March 19th, from 5:30 p. – 7 p.m.

Initially opening in November in the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood at 3325 5th Ave. N., the produce stand recently added a community courtyard in February to host community events including family yoga, zero-waste meet-ups, and discussions on bio-hacking.

Ribbon cutting attendees will be able to sample local produce and homemade salsa.

Deputy Mayor Dr. Kanika Tomalin will facilitate the ribbon cutting promptly at 6 p.m.

Hours for the organic produce store range from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, 1-4 p.m. on Sunday and closed on Mondays.
