Founded in June, Modern Brine is the latest oyster pop-up to launch inside the EDGE District's Intermezzo Coffee & Cocktails, where the Unlimited Omakase Raw Bar and its tasting adventure of various courses await.
UPDATE, 5 p.m.: Modern Brine's chef-owner, David Morris, told CL in an email that although a traditional omakase features a set number of courses, he specializes in an "unlimited" omakase menu, as everything is priced per course.
So, yeah, the oysters aren't exactly bottomless, but nonetheless, we have a feeling they're still delicious. I mean, look at all that goodness in one photo.
