Le Boudoir Restaurant has taken over So Gourmet, which closed back in May at 3301 S. Dale Mabry HWY in Tampa.
According to the owner, Frederic Brillard, the new name is in accordance with the slight change in partnership.
If you're familiar with So Gourmet's former menu, Le Boudoir has similar offerings, which means European-inspired fare and a heavy tapas selection.
The restaurant is strictly serving lunch and dinner, with a weekend brunch.
There will also be a vast selection of pastries on display, making the slightly new concept a destination for an evening dessert date with a glass of wine.
Le Boudoir offers happy hour Tuesday through Thursday from 5-6:30 p.m., consisting of a selection of wines and tapas like oysters, calamari and charcuterie.
Hours for the restaurant are Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 8 a.m.-11 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and closed Monday.
