Forget the holiday season, my favorite time of the year is now Girl Scout cookie season.
Unless you live under a rock, you're probably aware that Girl Scout cookie season is in full swing. If you haven't ordered your boxes yet, the little gals are now hawking their wares in front of your local grocery stores. But if you're in need of another form of Girl Scout cookie fix, a few Tampa Bay area restaurants are joining in the spirit of the season and whipping up some fabulous desserts that feature those oh-so addictive treats.
During Girl Scout Week, March 6-12, local restaurants are featuring special Girl Scout Cookie-themed desserts to celebrate the 99th anniversary of Girl Scouts. Participating restaurants include: Mise en Place, Ocean Prime, The Refinery (March 3-9), the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, Shula’s and Six Tables Tampa.
