Globally inspired cuisine is on the menu with items including house-made empanadas, falafel, the Royal Tartine made up of grilled royal trumpet mushrooms, apple, toasted pine nuts and fresh garbanzo.
Only a few weeks into its stay at Baum Ave, the concept is so fresh it isn’t even on their website just yet. But you can check out their other offerings, including Avocado Valley, which specializes in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, The Twisted Indian and Valhalla Bakery serving up vegan sweets.
Check out the latest plant-based star on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and 11 a. m.-10 p.m. Thursday-Saturday.
