A signature all-you-can-eat Straz Center for the Performing Arts fundraiser will return to downtown Tampa at 7 p.m. Saturday with samples by restaurants, breweries and more.

Full open bars with wine tastings, desserts and four stages of live music will accompany entrée samplings from more than 40 local restaurants, caterers and vendors, including Ocean Prime, 4 Rivers Smokehouse and the Straz's Maestro's Restaurant.

Craft breweries like Coppertail Brewing Co., Brew Bus Brewing and Cigar City Brewing are planned as well.

Since its start, the signature event, which draws a crowd of 1,700-plus annually, has raised more than $2 million to benefit the Straz's arts education programs.

General admission costs $90, while VIP tickets are $150. Guests who go VIP will receive perks like early admission and access to private lounges.
