Billed as “the most widely circulated trade publication in the beverage industry,” the monthly magazine did an interview with Zuch — the bartending maven who oversees the beverage programs for Suzanne and Roger Perry’s independent restaurant fam (Datz, Dough and Roux in Tampa, plus two other in-the-works projects, Dr. BBQ and Datz St. Pete) and was a 2017 finalist in the Star of the Bar regional competition — for its December issue.
