Located at 2900 Central Ave. in St. Pete, bar and doggy waterpark concept Mutts & Martinis celebrates its highly-anticipated grand opening on Friday, May 26.
Its social media promises DJs all weekend-long alongside a light food menu and fully-stocked bar. Folks don't have to be members to attend its grand opening festivities, but memberships will be required after this weekend, in addition to having your pups registered.
Other guidelines for Mutts & Martinis include: up-to-date vaccinations, male dogs over the age of 18 must be neutered and no in-heat female dogs are allowed. All pups must past a "temperament test" before accessing the main park area.
Owners can learn more about the bar's rules and regulations on muttsandmartinisoncentral.com.
Besides its massive dog waterpark, Mutts & Martinis offers a variety of specialty cocktails for their owners. Various flavors of mutt-garitas and martinis are on its menu, alongside an expected spread of beers and speciality cocktails like the "Puffy Poodle," complete with rum, lime and strawberry puree.
This new, 5,000 square-foot bar and doggy destination is the latest business from Natalie Conner, who also owns both Pinellas locations of Love My Dog Resorts. Her newest concept has been literal years in the making, since Mutts & Martinis was first announced in 2020.
Mutts & Martinis will be closed every Monday and Tuesday.
