On a budget or just plain cheap? Here are some great happy hour (and after hours) food and drink deals around the Bay area.

BLUE MARTINI LOUNGE 2223 N. West Shore Blvd. (on Bay Street at Int'l Plaza Mall), Tampa, 813-873-2583, If you don't mind the clubby vibe, the many cocktails at Blue Martini taste even better when they're half-off (every day from 4-8 p.m.). Better yet, on Wednesdays ladies receive a free 3 Olives cocktail and sushi from 4-7 p.m., plus half-priced drinks all night long.

CAFE ALMA 260 First Ave. S, St. Pete, 727-502-5002, Two-for-one drinks and half-priced tapas everyday from 4:30-6:30 p.m. On Tuesdays, happy hour starts at 4:30 and lasts until close, with half-priced tapas and wine by the glass.

CASSIS AMERICAN BRASSERIE 170 Beach Drive, St. Pete, 727-827-2927, Boasting the "ultimate Happy Hour" in Downtown St. Pete, Cassis is offering select house wines, domestics and wells for only $2.50 on Monday through Friday from 4-7 p.m.

CEVICHE TAPAS BAR AND RESTAURANT 2930 Gulf To Bay Blvd., Clearwater, 727-799-3082; 10 Beach Drive SE, St. Pete, 727-209-2302; 1502 S. Howard Ave., Tampa, 813-250-0203, Tapas Tuesdays brings a huge menu of tapas for $4 a pop, plus $4 sangria and $6 mojitos. Wine Wednesdays start at 5 p.m. and offer half-priced wines and free wine flights and cheese plates for ladies in groups of 4 or more. Stop by for half-priced tapas and drink "Sizzling Summer" specials available every day through Sept. 30.

CLEARWATER WINE BAR & BISTRO 483 Mandalay Ave., Suite 113, Clearwater Beach, 727-446-8805, This "European-inspired" wine bar, eatery and retail wine shop offers 2-4-2 house wines, $2 off wines by the glass and $1 off all draft and bottled beers every day from 5-7 p.m. Pair it with some of their imported cheeses and bistro fare.

DOUBLE DECKER PUB 1721 E. Seventh Ave., Tampa, 813-248-2099, Relive your college days with Double Decker's daily Happy Hour specials and events, including beer pong and body shots on Mondays, Car Bomb and Jaeger Bomb specials on weekend nights and 2-4-1 draft beers every day from 4-8 p.m.

THE DUBLINER 2307 W. Azeele St., Tampa, 813-258-2257; 12836 Henderson Road, Tampa, 813-300-2076, At The Dub South score $1 off all draft beer and wine Monday through Friday from 3-7 p.m.; and on Wednesdays, get 32-ounce drafts for $6 from 8 p.m. until close. At The Dub North, Happy Hour is from 3-7 p.m. Monday through Friday with 2-4-1 specials and it's all-you-can-drink for $10 from 5:30-8 p.m. on Fantastic Fridays (designated driver not included).

FLEMING'S PRIME STEAKHOUSE 4322 W. Boy Scout Blvd., Tampa, 813-874-9463, Offering the "5 For $6 'Til 7" bar menu, featuring 5 appetizers, 5 premium cocktails and 5 wines by the glass — each only $6 until 7 p.m. every day.

FLY BAR & RESTAURANT 1202 N. Franklin St., Tampa, 813-275-5000, Get 2-4-1 beer bottles, $2 draft refills and half-priced Lounge Menu items at Thursday night's Mug Club.

GEORGIE'S ALIBI 3100 Third Ave N., St. Pete, 727-321-2112, Whether you're on the porch, in the sports bar or on the dance floor, you can imbibe to your heart's content on the two-for-one cocktails and drafts now from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Friday. And Thursday's legendary $3 Long Island Iced Tea nights are not to be missed.

MALIO'S PRIME STEAKHOUSE 400 N. Ashley Drive, Tampa, 813-223-7746, Have a classy evening out on a budget with Malio's $5 Happy Hour, Monday through Friday from 3-7 p.m. and Saturday 5-7 p.m. Bigger plates (including the Malio's Burger and beef filet tips), select cocktails, house wines by the glass and small plates are $5 and select sides are $3.

MARCHAND'S BAR AND GRILL 501 Fifth Ave. NE, St. Pete, 727-894-1000, Offering a discount sushi and sashimi bar menu with an array of sushi and maki rolls from 5-8:30 p.m. Thursdays, and 5-10:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays; in addition to a $19.25, three-course prix fixe menu every night from 5-6:30 p.m.

PRIME BAR 2001 Piazza Ave, Wesley Chapel, 813-751-0374, Offering $6 cocktails, $5 signature cocktails, $3 craft and import drafts and an array of small plates for $5, ever week day from 4-7 p.m. On Tuesdays until close, build-your-own burger for $5 (includes fries).

RED MESA CANTINA 128 Third St. S, St. Pete, 727-896-8226, Partake in great drink deals at the Lucha bar, Monday through Thursday, from 7 p.m. until close. Weekly specials: Tequila Tuesdays, "Ruleta Night" on Wednesdays (spin the wheel to see your discount), and specials just for the ladies on Thursdays.

RUBY'S ELIXIR 15 Third St. N., St. Petersburg, 727-898-7829, Do happy hour at this downtown St. Pete hot spot from 6-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 4-7 on Fridays. 2-4-1 house wines, $2 domestic bottles, $3 Pinnacle vodka and gin, $4 Mcivor Scotch, Kellan Irish Whiskey and Irish Car Bombs, and more.

SIDEBERN'S 2208 W. Morrison Ave., Tampa, 813-258-2233, No need to break the bank while dining in style: From 5 until 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, indulge in $5 "bar bites" appetizers, $6 artisanal cheese plates, $5 wines by the glass and classic cocktails and $3 craft and import beers on draft.
