Beachside Hospitality — the group that brought you Crabby's Bar & Grill, Crabby's Dockside, and Salty's Island Bar Grill on Clearwater Beach —  is opening Salty Crab Bar & Grill at 462 Mandalay Ave, and you really won't be able to drive down the strip without running into a BHG concept.

According to a post made by Salty Crab's Facebook, we should be expecting the new concept to roll out in the next two weeks.

Assuming this new seafood joint serves up the same menu as the one in Fort Myers Beach, diners can expect breakfast service complete with usual morning dishes like pancakes, waffles biscuits and gravy alongside Crabby Benedict served with grilled crab cakes, shrimp and grits and even chicken fried chicken with country gravy and two eggs.

Early risers can also grab mimosas, take advantage of a bloody Mary bar plus specialty drinks like "Dad's Chocolate Milk" made with vanilla vodka, amaretto, chocolate liqueur and milk shaken then poured over ice.

Lunch and dinner service features typical beach bar fare: Calamari, oysters, mussels, gator bites, crab, fish plates and lobster rolls. Salty Crab also has pasta and taco dishes with seafood and chicken proteins. Want some onshore eats? Diners can grab chicken wings, steaks, or a half-pound sirloin burger. If you're in need of an extra-large drink to get through family beach day, Salty Crab serves a rum bucked filled with a blend of coconut, mango and spiced rums mixed with tropical juices and ginger ale with a splash of grenadine.

No matter how picky the eater, kids can choose from dishes like chicken or fish fingers, burgers, grilled fish or fried shrimp all for under $7.
