The region's latest luxury hotel has debuted its ode to the beach and a really good burger in the form of BRGR Kitchen & Bar.
Just opened, the gourmet burger haven, which CL covered in January, is located inside the 77-suite Treasure Island Beach Resort at 10800 Gulf Blvd. A bright, modern space and inviting setting help BRGR Kitchen & Bar's design mix and match retro with contemporary.
Breakfast and all-day menus are divided into sections like "Jars, Dips & Spreads," "Social Beginners" and "Early Risers," delivering everything from custom, elevated burgers made with bread from a local baker to other comfort food items. Look no further than jumbo buttermilk pancakes, "burger bowls" made up of a medley of ingredients, or grilled honey habanero wings.
Behind the bar, a crowd-pleasing drink list features craft cocktails, wine and craft beer. The cocktails — which call for house-made syrups, freshly pressed juices and garden herbs — feature margaritas and mojitos, boozeless specialties like agave lemonade, new takes on classics, and more.
Treasure Island Beach Resort is the newest addition to Ocean Properties' OPAL collection.
