The timing couldn't be better for Burger Culture to launch a location in Ybor, at 1821 E. 7th Ave., being that BarrieHaus Beer Co. is opening next weekend among other new concepts sprinkled throughout the brick streets.
The new burger joint has nestled its way into town, allowing locals to get buzzed at bars and breweries and snag a build-your-own burger from BC afterward. You can make your burger as simple, or as over-the-top as your heart desires. From patties between grilled cheese sandos to fried chicken in waffles, Burger Culture is serving it all. Not to mention the addition of fried eggs, bacon and a variety of sauces.
The concept also has a location up and running in Carrollwood at 6920 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. Hours for both locations are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday and closed on Monday.
