We are just days away from the debut of La La's Sangria Bar at 203 N. Meridian Ave in the Channelside District.
The bar responded to an anxious follower on Instagram, spilling the beans that the indoor-outdoor bar will be open this weekend, serving up eight flavors of house-crafted sangria.
When Sparkman Wharf gets too packed (and too hot), you can scoot over to the new concept which serves booze along with a selection of salads, flatbreads and tapas dishes like crispy pork skewers, scallops ceviche and tuna tartare. If you're looking for light bites, or happy hour eats, charcuterie boards and plates of artisanal cheeses and mixed olives are at your finger tips.
Now that we're heading into cuffing season, shameless dessert orders include toffee pudding, deconstructed lemon meringue pie, tiramisu, sangria sorbet, and chocolate chip cookies. Breaking the balling out stigma when it comes to Channelside, all of La La's menu items are under $12 each.
Like many popping bars in Tampa Bay, dogs aren't just welcome, they're served. A Yappy Hour Menu offers up healthy plates for your pup for $5 each. Looks like your weekend just got booked up.
More details to come on the grand opening event which is scheduled December 4 as the date approaches.
