New Ecuadorian cuisine restaurant opening in Tampa next month

On Tuesday, June 11, Tampa Bay will be introduced to Mi Bello Ecuador Restaurante.

The opening event will happen at 11 a.m., at 4820 N. Armenia Ave., serving up colorful and authentic dishes ranging from seafood plates to llapingachos, aka fried potato patties.

The Facebook event page announcing the grand opening expresses the excitement to fill the need for Ecuadorian cuisine in Tampa Bay.

"We are going to open the only typical Ecuadorian restaurant with nice ambience, super healthy food and nice attention come and enjoy."
