Sister duo and Tampa natives, Athar and Atheer Naif are opening up a fast-casual healthy restaurant and market called Harvest Bowl in Seminole Heights, at 6109 N. Florida Ave.

“We are super passionate about this city and are excited to open up in the heart of the now what people see as a ‘restaurant district,’” Athar told CL.

According to Harvest Bowl’s Instagram, we can expect “lots of grilled meats, veggies, with an ethnic twist,” alongside acai bowls and smoothies. While you have the option to sit down and enjoy your made-to-order meal, customers can also snag specialty foods, produce and juices on the go from the market side of Harvest Bowl. By the way, the joint is also set to host a full-blown salad bar, so you can customize your bites however you please.

When it comes to decor, the pair are going green with major foliage and marble accents with bar and table seating.

The sisters have been working on renovating an old paint warehouse into the new modern fresh market and eatery for over a year now, and are shooting to open the doors by January 20. A recent post to the Harvest Bowl’s Instagram story says, “Guys we passed the health inspection and one step closer to opening!!”

More details to come as the opening date approaches.
