New live-music cocktail lounge coming to Ceviche St. Pete

A late-night underground hangout called Ché will launch at St. Pete's Ceviche this month.

The latest concept with Latin flair to hit downtown St. Pete will be Ché, a new live music venue and cocktail lounge.

Sharing a building with Ceviche St. Pete, its sister restaurant at 10 Beach Drive NE, the new late-night underground hangout from boutique restaurant company Caledon Concepts will showcase craft cocktails in addition to local live bands.

Hurricane Machete, Old Cuban and The Drake Mojito will be included on the beverage lineup, and a selection of popular tapas from Ceviche are planned for the food menu.

On the heels of a VIP opening, the live-music cocktail lounge will debut to the public at 7 p.m. Wednesday, and the evening's tunes will begin at 8.
