Formerly marketed as The Bowery, one of the latest concepts coming to Ybor in the coming months has rebranded as The Barterhouse.
The restaurant will be taking over the former spaces of World of Coffees & Tea at 1811 N. 15th Street in Ybor.
The Barterhouse has been transparent about the grueling demo and construction process on its Instagram — it's been in the works since February 2018.
As of right now, the debut is scheduled for late summer, and they've been teasing dishes from seafood to fat steaks straight from a local rancher. According to the restaurant's social media platforms, we can expect an elevated, farm-direct experience when it comes to the menu selection.
There will be a cocktail lounge pouring up craft cocktails and an extensive wine collection.
Think new date night or happy hour destination.
The Barterhouse will be a one-stop-shop for eating, sipping and lounging.
