New Whiskey Joe’s Manatee River location opens next week in Ellenton

Just in time for weekday happy hour.

Whiskey Joe's opens its latest location at 5315 19th St. E. in Ellenton next week. Whiskey Joe's Manatee River is set to host both indoor and outdoor dining options, complete with fire pits to set the mood. 

Once the doors open on Monday, March 16, guests can also show up sailing the river and utilizing Joe's boat pull-ups. 

"Whiskey Joe's Manatee River is excited to bring a new sense of adventure, including family fun, good food and great relaxing vibes, to the Ellenton community," Martin Duffany, Brand Manager, wrote in a statement.

Diners can expect to chow down on signature eats like grouper tacos, gator bites, jumbo shrimp cocktail and coconut-rum chicken—alongside the rest of a Florida-centric menu of appetizers, entrees, and tropical cocktails. 

Offering up waterfront views and a full bar, guests will soon take advantage of weekday happy hour program Mon.-Fri. from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. including $3 domestic draft beers, $5 Tito's, Jack Daniels and New Amsterdam gin), $6 wines on tap and $7 specialty cocktails. Hours for the location are 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sun.-Thu., 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Fri.-Sat.
