More Italian fare, including a house-made mozzarella wheel of the day and cannoli bar, has made its way to Tampa and St. Petersburg.
Opened to Davis Islands earlier this year, Oggi Italian debuted a second Tampa location at 4301 W. El Prado Blvd. in September, and its third is headed for 10316 Roosevelt Blvd. N. in St. Pete's Gateway area. The St. Pete space at the Ibis Walk shopping center was previously home to the short-lived Joli Pizzeria & Market.
Other eats on the Oggi menu include panini, five kinds of pasta al forno, Sicilian caponta, and an array of dishes made with antibiotic- and hormone-free Bell & Evans chickens. There's also a lineup of craft beer and wine on tap.
The restaurants serve patrons during lunch and dinner, plus offer happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. daily.
