Old-School Bar and Grill is getting closer to its debut at 2202 W. Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa, a space which formerly housed The Bungalow Restaurant and Bar.
A now hiring sign has been posted on the exterior of the building, and Old-School Bar and Grill's website is also taking applications for the Tampa location "opening soon." The concept — presumably related to the Sarasota Old School Bar and Grill location, which closed in September 2018 — is billed as a music joint, giving locals another hideout for listening to live performances while sipping brews in Tampa Bay.
Shouldn't be much longer until Old-School serves up a daily happy hour, live music and special events like trivia and bingo nights. More details to come as the official opening date is announced.
