Cured cobia, sirocco-rubbed ribeye and foie gras may be decadent, but bourbon flights will steal diners' hearts during Marchand's Bar & Grill's multicourse meal at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Three bourbons — a Cigar City Brewing cask-finished bourbon from Berkshire Mountain included — will be paired with three dishes by the downtown St. Pete hotel restaurant. Maple mayo and thyme-infused lemon will accompany the cobia, as vanilla parsnip puree and crispy kale joins the ribeye. Sage shortbread will be offered with the foie gras, too.

Tickets cost $30 per person, and reservations may be made by calling Marchand's.
