It's Monday, so let's take a look at all the drinking in store for Saturday, as two 4-year-old craft beer festivals are set to take place.
From 2 to 6 p.m., Cajun Cafe on the Bayou's Sour, Berliner Weisse & Lambic Festival will showcase unlimited tastes of more than 100 sour ales. Six distributors will provide the offerings, along with 30-plus beer-makers.
Tickets to the celebration of sours, which will also act as a fundraiser for Dunedin Doggie Rescue, are $55 in advance, and $70 at the door. By tradition, a souvenir sampling glass, Cajun plate and other bites are included with admission.
Later in the day, the Red, White & Craft Brews Fest hosted at the Armed Forces History Museum will serve more than 75 beers alongside cheese pairings, a rare beer tasting and food trucks from 5 to 9 p.m.
Festgoers get in for $25, and can expect a photo booth, raffle, museum tours and a live band as well.
