Boulon Brasserie, the latest concept from Next Level Brands, announced its plan to open summer 2022 at Water Street’s Thousand & One building in downtown Tampa.
The French bistro-style restaurant, located at 1001 Water St., will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a three-in-one space: restaurant, bar, and cafe.
The Brasserie joins 15 other recently announced projects that are currently in the works—at various stages of development—for the new work-live-play waterfront neighborhood including Ohio-style pizza spot called Small Giant Bar & Restaurant and wine and liquor store called Wine on Water .
ICYM, last year, Jeff Gigante—formerly of Ciccio Restaurant Group and co-founder of Hyde Park Village’s Forbici Modern Italian restaurant—created Next Level Brands with real estate exec Andrew Wright and Gigante Hospitality co-CEO Joseph Guggino.
The company’s first project announced this year, Union New American, is set to open any day now in the Westshore district.
