Sunset Drive S & Gulfport Boulevard S This stop provides two worthy food options that are within a short walking distance from the SunRunner station. Pasadena Bar & Grill offers up some seriously delicious pub grub like hearty burgers and fried bologna sandwiches, as well as strong and cheap liquor pours and a decent selection of domestic beers. Something to note is that this locally-loved spot is cash only and stops serving food at 2 p.m. daily on weekdays. Credit: Photo via pasadenabarandgrill/Facebook
Hurricane Debby made landfall early Monday in Florida’s Big Bend region, but not before doing damage in Tampa Bay.

Flooding and rain have impacted parts of the Bay area, and thousand of people lost power overnight. The wind has also made an impact on homes and businesses like Pasadena Bar and Grill in Pinellas County.

On Monday morning, management at the neighborhood staple told social media followers that they “lost” the roof of the building and will be closed until further notice. At this time, the phone line for the business appears to be inactive.

Reactions to the post were mostly people offering condolences and expressing concern, with a few suggesting the business start a GoFundMe to help with the cost of repairs that’ll be needed at 796 Pasadena Ave.S in St. Petersburg.

This unexpected loss will no doubt be felt by the community that regularly filled the seats to catch up with friends and eat one Nicole Simmon’s delicious sandwiches. For future updates on the status of the hopefully speedy reopening, follow @pasadenabarandgrill on Facebook.
