Last night on Davis Islands, organizers feeding fresh meals to residents devastated by Hurricane Helene ran out of food in less than one hour.

This morning in South Tampa for the second of four distributions, organizers once again met with the community, this time outside Graze for a morning distribution of food.

Their efforts continue on Thursday, Oct. 3 at Willa’s in North Hyde Park and one more time on Friday, Oct. 4 back on Davis Islands.
[content-1] The six local restaurants—Oak and Ola, Willa’s Graze 1910, Chill Bros., Supernatural Food & Wine, and Buddy Brew Coffee—aren’t the only ones pitching in to feed the community after last week’s devastating storm.

Feeding Tampa Bay continues its emergency distribution at multiple sites, and the St. Pete Free Clinic is offering free groceries, too.

There are also free laundry services available in St. Pete and Tampa where comfort stations—which include restrooms, showers and ice—have also been set up.
