To continue with the celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, here's another Latin-inspired drink recipe by Rick Bayless — making yet another beer cocktail look classy.
What I find interesting about this and the last beer cocktail by Bayless (the Sangrita) that I've posted is that you can actually use sweeter, fruitier mixers with beer. As opposed to the spicy and savory flavors of a Michelada, these beer cocktails use tangy fruit juices because they pair nicely with the citrus notes in the beer. I'm sure that you could explore with many different beers and mixers to create other beer cocktails equally as good.
