The bad news: Restaurant BT in Hyde Park, best known for their innovative French-Vietnamese cuisine, will be closing their doors after this Saturday night (September 18th) after five years of service. This isn't surprising to hear after Chef BT Nguyen filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection just a few months ago.
The good news: Restaurant BT is set to open again at a new location in Palma Ceia (2507 S Macdill Ave). Besides a change in capacity — seating 60 diners instead of the Hyde Park location's 200 seat capacity — the new menu will feature more global flavors.
