The concept is so cool, I'm not sure I even care how good the food is at Bollywood Cafe (9648 W. Linebaugh Ave., Tampa, 813-926-4000 or bollywoodcafe.us). This new Westchase restaurant/cinebistro features 23-inch HDTV touch screen computers at every table, where you can peruse the menu and order your food via videochat with the servers. Then, while you're waiting for your samosas and saag aloo and sipping a mango lassi, you can use the screen to play games, check the web, or — even better — watch a wide variety of Bollywood classics.
