CL hopes you're ready to eat (OK, and learn about) all of the Cheddar next week, because The Traveling Cheeseboard's Cheesy Dee leads the interactive Cheese School: Cheddar is Better. Kicking off at 7 p.m. Tuesday, the class takes place at Caledonia Brewing in Dunedin.

Creamy versus crumbly, price points and how the Chedda's made are among the featured topics; 16 participants also get to do some investigating with their taste buds.

Tickets, which cost $28, include the sampling and one house beer (or wine) of your choice. To reserve a spot, give the downtown brewery a call.
