This Saturday, September 28, South Tampa's Bulla Gastrobar Tampa celebrates its second anniversary with $5 sangrias from noon to 11 p.m.

Dummies can trying using an e-scooter to get around other SoHo haunts, but they'll want to be back to Bulla — located at 930 S. Howard Ave., across from Green Lemon — from 4-7 p.m. for free paella samples and a happy hour that includes discount beer, wine, cocktails and tapas like $5 croquettes de jamon (constructed of Serrano ham croquettes with fig jelly). A $50 gift card is up for grabs during happy hour, too.
