South Tampa’ Swami Juice has new owners, plus a new hipster favorite on its menu.

In a phone call with Creative Loafing Tampa, an employee at the SoHo cold-pressed juice mecca confirmed that the location on 2832 S. MacDill Ave. has new owners — Roger & Ziad Estephan of Lebanese restaurant Byblos — and that the location is no longer affiliated with Swami’s South Florida location.

Also new at Swami Juice? Avocado toast.

The menu item was added along with new ownership alongside avocado salads. An influencer event is supposed to happen on Thursday, October 24, but the menu items are actually available right now for anyone, regardless of how influential you are.

Swami Juice is open at 7 a.m. Monday-Saturday, but it’s new closing hours are 9 p.m Monday-Friday, 8 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday.
