A collaboration with Napa Valley winery Orin Swift, the American steakhouse chain's wine dinner takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 17. The menu consists of peach panzanella salad, wild mushrooms and grits toast, filet mignon topped with crab and shrimp, and key lime tart, plus an appetizer — paired with Orin Swift offerings like 2016 chardonnay and 2015 cabernet sauvignon.
Seats cost $100 per person, and guests are asked to make reservations by calling Fleming's Tampa.
