Next Monday, April 22, Cage Brewing is celebrating Earth Day with the 2019 Taste of Science festival.

From 7-9 p.m., local speakers will gather to share their research.

Featured speakers include microbiologist and Director of the USFSP Brewing Arts Program Jennifer Sedillo, who will share her knowledge on the science of taste.

Beer nerds, unite!

Find out about the many chemical compounds and combinations of compounds are found in beer and how they affect the flavor and the quality of beer based on local palate.

PhD Candidate Ryan Venturelli will also be in attendance to discuss Antarctic subglacial lakes and her theories based on preliminary research of the use of multi-mission satellite altimetry.
