The downtown St. Petersburg bar The Crafty Squirrel is hosting an “Australia Day” event on January 26 to help raise money for the New South Wales Rural Fire Services, a recovery and firefighting effort in Australia.

This Sunday from 5 p.m to 10 p.m., the bar and restaurant will be dishing out authentic Australian bites like meat pies and sausage rolls, $20 Aussie beer buckets, $10 and Aussie cocktail shooters.

If the Aussie food and drink isn't your jam, come out and enjoy the live music and raffle prizes instead. Head to facebook.com to RSVP for Australia Day, and raise money while you party.
