The recent post shared the reasoning behind the closure and plans to come for the food program at Coppertail.
"We’ve collectively decided that the best way forward is for Coppertail Brewing Co to take over our kitchen from our friends at The Stein and Vine. They are the mother bird of our food program. They’ve nurtured us, weened us, and now they’re nudging us out of the nest, saying we’re ready to take the kitchen and fly. It’s time to create our own food identity."
Although we bid farewell to Stein & Vine, Coppertail is planning a quick turnaround for bar bites.
"We are looking forward to opening the new kitchen on July 22nd. There will be daily lunch and dinner food trucks to fill the 3-week gap. We’re excited to unveil the new menu and will do so as soon as it is finalized."
What does this mean for Stein & Vine? According to the Facebook post, it seems that the concept will change locations. More details to come on their future plans.
So slide by for your final meal at the S&V kitchen within Coppertail, test out some new featured dishes by visiting food trucks, and then get acquainted with the new kitchen come the end of July.
Looks like you have a lot of eating to do; thankfully, there will be no shortage of booze.
