There's a new sushi spot in town, and it's located at St. Pete Beach's Castile.
The Hotel Zamora introduced Blue Salt in the lounge of Castile on Sept. 20, a day after the Latin- and Mediterranean-inspired restaurant rolled out its revamped menu. Both the public and guests of the swanky hotel can get a taste of the sushi and ceviche bar from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
Blue Salt serves as the most recent addition to the Zamora, which opened its doors along the buzzing Gulf Boulevard in 2014.
