The Mid-Week Madeira Beach Open Air Market and Indian Shores Sunday Morning Market, known as the Beach Markets, are accepting vendor applications for the 2015-2016 season, running October through the end of April.

At 9 a.m. Oct. 4, the farmers' market in Indian Shores — which hosts between 65 and 80 vendors — will open, followed by Madeira Beach's 40-vendor Wednesday market at 9 a.m. Oct. 7. Madeira Beach's gathering is hosted on Madeira Way between Gulf Boulevard and the Tom Stuart Causeway, and the Indian Shores event happens at 19305 Gulf Blvd.

Veteran Beach Markets vendors in good standing will receive priority placement but must complete a "Vendor Update" form. Meanwhile, newbies, or folks making a substantial product change, will fill out a new application.

Interested goods purveyors may submit their forms to one or both of the markets for review. The free weekly gatherings, where gourmet eats, produce and fine art may be found, are pooch- and family-friendly.
